Recruit a Friend Email Function Down?/Delay

I've purchased a WoW Battlechest and wanted to link my accounts together (same b.net with multiple WOW accounts) and want to RAF myself. I've spent about 5-6hours trying to get my main(this account) to send a RAF invitation to my email; but the email just isn't sending. Is the RAF function down temporarily or am i doing something wrong? I'm sending the email via the WoW RAF page.

Would be great to receive a blue post on this matter or something to confirm if the RAF function is down or something.

If you were to go to the site at this time you should see that it is currently down for maintenance, Hieuge. You may want to try again after maintenance has come to an end. ;0)
