Blizzard bans for telling trade about ninjas?

So I spent about 6 hours today on two of my accounts posting a warning in trade chat on a low population RP realm about a ninja looter.

I mentioned the players name that ninja'd, the action that the ninja looter did, and his guild name.

I relayed this message every 31 seconds to 60 seconds for six hours.

I've found one account muted, one account banned, another account 3 hour banned.

What gives? How did I break the terms of service AT ALL?

What's going on? Fix my account, as I have broken no rules. The email states that I was advertising some kinda gold circumventing service. This is ridiculous.
