Hello i used RaF and it did not work see i use it with my friend so he used his email and for some reason he has on his battle.net account wow(1) wow (2) wow(3) for some reason it just put it on wow(3) and he chose (1) when he bought the game. we hav been ripped off and want the subscription or reffarl moved thank you for listening. oh and your phones havnt been working for like 2 months now whats with that im seriously dissapointed in you guys! But i still need help or a new code. thank you .

I can assure you that our phones have been consistently working over the last two months, AFire, so well, in fact, that Billing & Account Services is being inundated with calls daily. They receive an extremely high volume of players calling in each day asking for assistance, mate, so if you would like to get this situation sorted out, your friend will need to continue trying. Once you get through, Billing & Account Services would be happy to assist you and your friend with this.
