I was woundering I ordered the World of Warcraft® Mount: Celestial Steed about 5 hours ago and It still saids queued and I was need to know when I will be getting it. It hasent showed up in my mailbox on the game. So I was woundering if anyone knows what is going on.

There seems to be a delay when players are redeeming their vanity pet or mount. They are eventually arriving but it is not currently instant. The cause of the issue seems to be pretty elusive thus far. We are providing what updates and assistance we can in the following thread.
