Most definitely a fake, Osi.

Q u o t e:
According to the report of many players

Not only is that a horribly worded sentence but we don't base actions simply on the reports sent in, there needs to be some evidence involved. :)
Q u o t e:

This action has violated the EULA.

The EULA wouldn't have anything to do with in-game actions, that is the Terms of Use.

We have seen an increase in phishing attempts lately. We highly recommend that everyone learns how to recognize a fake/phishing e-mail. Please check out the following thread, it contains advice on how to recognize these attempts as well as many sample phishing e-mails.

but i got another one from the same adress with my character names how can that be fake?

You need to check the actual source of the e-mail, Osi, not where it looks like it came from. Those return addressed are most often spoofed to look like they came from a legitimate source. Follow the advice in the link I provided.

oo crap i think i gave them my secret question and anxwer when login in to there site, how and were do i change this

In most cases that Security Question/Answer can not be changed. You are welcome to contact our Billing and Account Services though, they may be able to help.

It should be noted though with Battle.net you can change the entire account name by simply changing the e-mail address registered to it.

What I did was create a new e-mail address that I don't use for anything but World of Warcraft. That has served me well as I don't receive any spam mail at that address and no one knows it.

You may also want to check your system. The following links have advice on computer/account security.
