Trial account characters LOST on upgrade.

Dear Blizzard team/and anyone who can address this problem.

I am listing my problem below. I am aware that only emailing Blizzard Billing [or calling them] is the solution. I have done both and I have still had no help. I am based in India and have paid heavy bills getting in touch with Blizzard team over the phone [with 40 mins wait all the time and then still no answer].

Any Blizzard team member that reads this forum, I would be grateful if you could directly make someone from Billing read this forum and solve the problem.

We here in India love to play wow, please help us enjoy this experience, fully.


The problem:

This problem is not specifically for my account. My fiance is facing the exact same issue.


We took the trial of 10 days of WOW. A couple of days after our trial expired we upgraded the account. Now when we log into WOW it asks us to choose between wow 1 & wow 2. Wow 1 being our trial account that is still frozen and unusable, and it asks us to upgrade it still. Wow 2 is our new account, but when we log onto that our characters creating during trial are missing.

We only want our characters created during trial to be usuable and transfered onto wow 2. Wow 2 is now also the account where we are creating new characters and thus transferring our characters to wow 2 would be ideal. But, if for any reason that cant happen then we dont mind chucking wow 2 and sticking to our wow 1 account.

PLEASE HELP GETTING OUR CHARACTERS ON WOW 1 TRANSFERRED TO WOW 2.

Also when we did the upgrade it promised us 30 days free trial. We have also paid an extra 14.99 dollars i.e. the general 30 day usage amount. But on our account management page it shows that we have only 30 days to play. Shouldn't we get 60 ----30 days of free usage and 30 for the 14.99 dollars that we paid?

PLEASE HELP IN THIS ISSUE


THESE 2 CONCERNS HAVE RECENTLY MADE OUR PLAYING EXPERIENCE DULL.

We hope to get some help and also solutions to BOTH.


PLEASE HELP making our experience as it was earlier during the trial.

As you've noted in your post, only our Billing department will be able to make the adjustments necessary to upgrade your trial account.
