Recovering Locked Account

Okay so, a few months back I got hacked out of my b.net email and my WoW account which eventually was banned. After calling and learning I needed to supply a photoscan of an ID I pretty much just gave up and said screw it not really wanting to go through all the trouble. Recently I have found myself in the possession of a photo scanner/printer and the thought dawned on me, "Why not try to recover my account?" So I called up Blizzard again (After waiting 5 days to get a queue spot) and some lady sent me a email on instructions how to send my ID scan in and the TOS form. Basically what the point is I am wondering if my account is still recoverable or completely locked, how long does this generally take, and will I be able to change a few vital pieces of information such as the SQ/A on the account to prevent it being hacked again?

Thanks for reading.

You're welcome to request to have the Secret Question & Answer changed by our Billing department, but I cannot offer any guarantees. If the account is locked, it is likely that you will be able to recover the account if you provide the correct credentials. It's difficult to say exactly how long the recovery process will take, though.

I suggest sending in the form and identification as soon as possible so that our Billing representatives can look at this as soon as possible. :)
