Character Transfer Error !! PLEASE HELP!!

I am having problems transferring my character to a different realm. It keeps saying that I have mail in my inbox or inbound mail. I have waited all day and have kept checking to see if I had mail. I cleared all my auctions and everything, but I still cannot transfer. I had noticed a couple of other post from people having the same problems and saw that an admin had helped them out. I am hoping I can get the same help very soon as I really wish to play with my buddies on a different server. The character I am trying to transfer is this character: Reddiks-Kel'Thuzad.
