Customer Service e-mails sent to old address.

So long story short my account got compromised, but thats not the issue at hand.
Following the instructions provided by all the e-mail i got, i switched my Battle.net to a different e-mail account and changed all my passwords etc.

I log in periodically to check if anything is progressed, today i got the usual "an e-mail has been sent to the registered address' piece of mail. So i log on to the new account to find nothing, checked spam folders etc and it wasn't there. So i go check the old e-mail address and find a Customer Survey e-mail there.

My concern is that it went to my old address despite changing to a new one via account management. I'm hoping i didn't miss a more helpful e-mail. (One also has to ask since i have not yet received any customer service, how am i supposed to survey it?)

TLDR :- Customer Service e-mails arriving in the wrong account, is this normal?

Not common at all - especially on automatic processes like surveys.

In this case, I think it was a matter of the address change and the process running nearly at the same time. The survey beat the address change by a very short time.
