Big Change Realm / Faction Problem

I recently spent 55$ on changing both my Realm, and my Faction. Before doing so, I checked everything, my character's level, name, gear, gold, and etc. After performing the change realm feature, my character's level. Which was 70 at the time. Turned into a level 51. I've only got one ticket open so far, where the GM named Rethantarios told me their was record of a level 70 on my account but that he/she could not do anything. I'm getting kind of aggravated right now because I just lost maybe 3 or 4 days of game-play getting to level 70. If I can't get this account back, for sure I'm quitting World of Warcraft. I really hope you guys can do as much as possible to help me get back online and playing.

I'm sorry, Camyo, but you must have misread what was stated. The Game Master said that they looked through everything and they were unable to find a level 70 on this account.

I am afraid I must concur with that assessment. Are you certain that the character was on this account? The only time a transfer would be responsible for a level change is if the transfer was reversed. If that happened any progress made on the character would be lost as it would return to exactly how it was when it was originally transferred.

From what I can see, Camyo, the character you are referring to which was originally transferred at the end of June was transferred when it was level 49. You then used the Faction Change service. You then leveled to 50, which you can see in your own achievement list.

It is not impossible that you could have leveled from 49 to 70 since then but it would be fairly unlikely given the play time on the character that I can see. It certainly did not happen during the transfer or faction change process though.
