"Error" In Faction change.

I have paid for a character faction change for my paladin, this one in fact. I decided to make him a Blood Elf and so went through the simple task of purchasing a faction change, something I have done several times before, no problems there.

That was on 7/15/2010. And dear Volkus, my Paladin has been locked since that date. I went to my transactions page top behold volkus sitting in a little box that marked him to yet be unlocked. And beside him an option to unlock him manually. Pressing this option gives only a message stating "An error has occured."

Please Blizz... HELP! D:
