Disabled account with no notice

i finally decided to buy new time for my other account, but upon logging in it showed that my account was "permanently disabled" and to contact [email protected]. I checked my email to see if there was a notification sent. My email had recieved no notification: i checked my trash, inbox, and spam folders. the last email recieved was of my account expiring in 4 days. the last time i logged in on that account was a month ago (info taken from armory).

I would like to confirm, the account that has been disabled is Jirtkal- Sen' Jin? If not can you please provide the character name and realm?

I see the account is permanently disabled, Jirtkal as you stated. The email was sent to the registered email address on 6/12/2010 4:56:50 PM. I can verify that Account Administration has received your email regarding this issue. Our representatives are currently working as fast as they can, thank you for your patience.
