Okay, so i'm trying to transfer this toon to my other Account (Yes, they are both in the same name), and when i get to the Secret Question, i can never answer it. One of the Blizzard Representatives made the account over the phone, so i don't know how they put the answer. So i called Billing earlier, and they gave me the answer to the question. I typed the answer in CORRECTLY, and it's still saying Incorrect. Now i have an error, for too many false attempts. This is really pissing me off. Blue post, i need one.

EDIT: And before you tell me to call Billing again, i'm already doing so. 67th time i've called, and no answer.

That is odd, Anexion, can you give me the name and realm of a character on the account you are referring to? You will likely still need to speak with a Billing Rep but I'll take a look and see what the issue may be.

I'm not exactly certain what I can tell you in this case, Anexion, not without providing account specific information. I was hoping the possible misspelling would be obvious but it doesn't appear so.

I'm afraid you will need to get through to Billing, I'm sorry.

Out of curiosity, was the answer a two word answer or a one?

Is that the question being asked? That would be for this account. Perhaps I'm mistaken but I thought the question was for the destination account. O.o

I'm wondering if there was some kind of confusion when you called, Anexion, there isn't a comma nor is it abbreviated. That's the best I can do I believe.
