As the others indicated, Smakdaddy (great name), we would be unable to assist you directly with the removal of a maliciously place Authenticator. Our Billing and Account Services can though.
I'd recommend e-mailing them directly from the registered e-mail address on the account while also trying to get through by phone. The volume of calls they receive usually keeps the lines fairly full but as calls are answered placed in the queue open up. It sometimes takes a bit of luck but most people who are persistent in calling are able to jump into that hold queue fairly quick. Once you hear the busy message hang up and call back right away.
Don't forget to send the e-mail though, just in case. :)

I'd also recommend reviewing the following thread for information on compromises as well as computer/account security advice.
