Paid Character Name change Lock out

Before anyone gets the wrong idea here, I'm fully aware Blizzard is busy working to help out hundreds of players daily & are doing what they can for everyone as quickly as possibe.

On that note:

I recently started a New Rogue on Demon soul,on the horde, under the Name "Tyraiel" and went along with a paid name change & got his name changed to "Krio". After doing a few checks online from the main World of Warcraft account management / Paid services/ Paid name change the name change worked then I log in on another one of my toons, to see the name change of my character from my guild roster, Tyraiel was changed to Krio easily.

But now at any time I try to log on to my Rogue, the name change isn't shown on the login screen, it still states the old name "Tyraiel" and trying to force my way online it gives me a notification an I quote:

"You cannot log in until the character update process you recently Initiaited is complete"

Its now been over 72 hours since I did this, an I'm unaware of any errors that might have occuried do to the fact If anything did go wrong I should have recieved a email stating so.

The nessecary steps to contact Blizzard; we're made:
Made an ingame Ticket to a GM
Emailed Account & Billing
And Tried to talk to someone on the phone, but the lines are always full ( -_-')

And now here.

Any assistance at this point would be greatly appreciated.

From what I can see, Hdarim, the Paid Character Name change seems to require payment. Perhaps the first attempt was not accepted.
