Waiting for ticket response since Tuesday.

Hi, I'm just wondering how long it''s meant to take for tickets to be responded to, I have been waiting since before maintenance on Tuesday night and I still haven't heard a peep plus the in game ETA just says there is currently a large amount of tickets with no actual eta. This was regarding me dc'ing during the rp event at the end of the lich king and missing out on my king slayer title plus the other achieves you get and also my frost badges. If i could get a reply that would be fantastic.

Dornobrac, it looks like you already received a response to your issue.

As for anyone else that is concerned with their own petition, know that our wait times, for in-game petitions, are sitting at roughly four and a half days. We are working on getting the wait times lowered, but if you have not been in queue for that long, then you should have no reason to worry that your petition is lost. :0)
