Help!!! Being hacked

This has already been reported, so it's in the restoration investigation queue.

As to the authenticator, I'd recommend contacting our Billing department to get this removed as soon as possible. They'll need to of course verify your identity and should be able to assist.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
