Cant faction swap. Nonexistent mail?

I am currently trying to do a faction swap on this toon and I am getting an error on the website stating I have mail in my box. WHen I log in to check there is nothing.

How do I get around this bug?

At least you were able to get the Faction Change taken care of, Nofame! I was taking a look to make sure that the mail had been removed, and am happy to see that you have already initiated the process. :0)
