No email reply in 3 days about restoration

My Characters all got deleted on Frostwolf realm, I sent in an E-mail about 3 days ago and I haven't heard back even an automated response and usually I'd get automated responses after just a couple of hours, Just wondering what's up, would like to have a blue post;\

I apologies for the delay, ConfÃ¬de I can confirm that we have received your email regarding the characters that were deleted. At this time our queues are roughly 7 days for an in-game petition. Our GM department is working as fast as they can and your patience is appreciated during this delay. If you have any further questions please let me know.
