"Rolling Back" my toon

Well a few months back I was hacked and lost my account for a long time, I haven't been able to recover it till now. After finally getting it back it seems my character has been transfered more than once, faction changed, race changed, name changed, and several items and gold amounts have been changed. I have initiated a GM ticket and it has been escalated to the next level. On estimate how long will it take for my toon to be "rolled back" to the time before I was xfered off my original server.

I'm sorry to hear that, Maximum, though I'm not certain what you are referring to when you mention a care package. Outside of the temporary offer from months ago. That was entirely conditional to the time and would not have been offered in this case.

You are welcome to request a possible restoration by submitting an in-game petition or writing to wowgm@blizzard.com but if the transfers took place too long ago to verify what conditions the transfers were made under I'm not sure what items will be available to your characters.

Also, you have a total of three avatars available to post on, I selected a different one so you can stop posting on an inappropriately named one. :)
