Can't Faction change to due nonexistent mail.

I took a guess that it was the character you were posting on. The old spam mail has been cleared from your in-box so you should be good to go.

I'm not certain if you are transferring your character as well as faction changing but one word of caution. If you are doing both make sure you log the character completely into the game between services. That will apply any flags that need to be applied to complete the transaction.
