Blizzard Has The Worst Customer Service

Blizzard is horrible at helping their customers. Their phone lines are always busy and I can never get a call in. I email them and do not get emails back for a week or two and always have problems with my account. My account randomly stopped working. I cannot log into wow or battle.net. It says my account or password is incorrect when everything I have typed in is correct. I reset my password and got a confirmation email that lists the account name/email address and it is the email I typed into the login screen. Yet it is not working. I've been playing this game since release and do not know why the hell I keep coming back and playing...but this is really pissing me off.

I'm sorry that you are having trouble getting through to our Billing and Account Services department, Elviscerate, accounts usually do not just stop working for no apparent reason. There is usually some explanation.

It seems that you are using a mobile Authenticator on your account. Have you tried resyncing it? Usually if you are unable to log into the game and Battle.net account but can log into the forums the issue is that it needs to be resync'd.

The feeling is understandable though. When you are having an issue it isn't fun to wait. We don't like it any more than everyone else and we are working to improve our response times. :)
