Unauthorised authenticator

Hi! As the title of the post says, an unauthorised authenticator has been added to my account sometime in the last 5 days. I have scanned my machine up, down and sideways and found no malware / keyloggers, reset my account password, etc - but can't log into the game due to the authenticator. Can I get it removed please? I'll give you cookies! and milk!
