Compromised account - AGAIN

Yeah, so...Been there done that once with a hacked account, and now it seems as though they've done it again, but now added an authenticator. I've filled out an email form, though I don't have my CD keys left or know my secret answer because it doesn't show my question!!...But I am so fricken sick of this. :\ The last time I was hacked, I wasn't even subscribed. And now, a day after re-subscribing I get hacked. It started when I was trying to log into my account ingame and got disconnected constantly. Being hacked was one of my suspicions, since I've been down this road before...But yeah, lovely. The authenticator being tacked on really pissed me off. Shouldn't I at least receive an email asking if I was the one who added an authenticator? They have my email and it's up to date, I don't see why not honestly.

Okay, rant over...For now at least. >:( Neither time did I have a clue how they got my info...Ugh. Wish me luck, I'll need it.

I certainly do recommend adding an authenticator for extra protection.

You probably want to make sure your email is secure - as well as your system. That's another way they can get your information. Double check that they haven't put a forwarding in.

They were actively in the account, so I asked this be locked down for you. You'll want to check your email for further instructions and a new password.
