Real ID not working...help?

i try adding an email...it comes up as player not found...i have the patches installed and raided on ruby sanctum on my character, the thing is....i dont even see a pending tab on my friends pannel...not on my main character nor on any other toon that i have....any suggestions how i may access the real ID? or how wouldi get it to show up in my game?

If you don't have the pending tab I'd say you need to reset your User Interface to default, ÃŸearsama, it sounds like a prevent addon or setting is causing an issue.

My guess is that your friend has their Real ID disabled or like ÃŸearsama may need to reset their UI. Did they check if their Parental Controls are enabled. Otherwise give the UI instructions a shot.
