Long ticket time.

Dang this really sucks. I put in a ticket and still waiting for an GM to get to me. I put the ticket in Friday and still waiting. It would be my luck if the GM gets to my ticket when I am offline.

Like whats going to for this to be so long. I mean right when the hole beta cata started to come out then everything slowed down. If I can get some help within a 2 days of the ticket that would be great. But this long is kind of harsh.

I do see your petition, Crackag - it's currently 3 days, 5 hours old. Petitions are running about 4-ish days at the moment, but this one will take a bit of research - it may take a bit longer.
