Authenticator Troubles

Hi!

Tuesday evening, my authenticator (the keychain variety) was not working. By not working, I mean it was not coming on. However, a couple of hours later it did work and has been working ever since.

My problem is this: I think it is now out of sync with my account, and I can't log in. It generates codes but the account isn't accepting them.

Please help. I've tried asking for help on the web forms, emailing Billing, and have tried calling (the queues seem to be perpetually full). I've been patient, but it's getting kind of old not getting any response.

You guys seem to be pretty on-the-spot here.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm afraid that this particular issue will require Billing intervention, Tri. I realize you've been patient, but I'm going to ask that you try to remain patient just a bit longer. I encourage you to continue calling our Billing department using one of the numbers found below. If you hear the message stating that all of our reps are busy assisting other customers, please hang up and dial again immediately until you are able to get through. This method will greatly improve your chances of entering our queue once a spot opens up.
