Tuesday evening, my authenticator (the keychain variety) was not working. By not working, I mean it was not coming on. However, a couple of hours later it did work and has been working ever since.
My problem is this: I think it is now out of sync with my account, and I can't log in. It generates codes but the account isn't accepting them.
Please help. I've tried asking for help on the web forms, emailing Billing, and have tried calling (the queues seem to be perpetually full). I've been patient, but it's getting kind of old not getting any response.
You guys seem to be pretty on-the-spot here.
Any help would be appreciated.
