[Hacked] Bliz or hacker resetting password?

Dealing with a hacker right now. One of my friends was able to contact a GM and quickly get the hacker off, but I haven't talked with one myself yet (have a ticket in) There are two accounts on my ONE battlenet (two different computers). There is apparently no malicious software on either computer, but my password is being continuously reset. I'm getting the typical password reset emails from when I'm doing it but I don't know if this is Blizzard or the hacker (my friend said Bliz had reset his password a few times when he was hacked). I reset the pass again from the second computer and its gone half an hour without a reset so far, but neither computer seems to be infected and I'm really not sure what's up.

I'm looking into getting an Auth, but until then...

Also, anyone know about unmerging one of the accounts from Battlenet... they're not really supposed to be that way, since the second account was hacked also because of the shared password. I tried calling Bliz but the queue is full, since I was told the only way to unmerge an account was by calling them.

It does not appear as if these password resets are of our doing, Blessedcalm. It seems that someone is attempting to reset your password using the password recovery feature. You may want to consider creating a new email addressed used solely for Battle.net if someone is requesting password resets with any sort of frequency, especially if the password is actually being changed.

Only billing would be able to assist with this and it is something that they will only do in certain circumstances.

This is correct. Only our Billing department will be able to assist in this regard, and even then I cannot offer any guarantees that they will be able to assist you with this particular request.
