How to reset security question? (HACKED!)

I'm in the process of being hacked (been scanning the computer nothing there). I keep changing my password and it keeps getting reset. When I recover the password, the verification question is asked. I NEED TO CHANGE THAT. I don't know how else they keep resetting it (I'm typing the new passwords in backwards and such). There is nothing malicious on the computer and I'm a little panicked because I can't keep the password reset.

In some extreme cases, our Billing department is able to assist with changing a Secret Question & Answer, but it is quite rare. I encourage you to give them a call to see if this option would be available to you. They can be reached using one of the following methods:
