Character Deletion

Hello, i have had a level 28 Male Night Elf hunter named "Ecthether" on the realm Moonrunner, when wotlk came out i was very exited to make a death night, unfortiounatly i had no room left on my account because i shared it with my sister at the time, so i had no choice but to delete him. He was my first character i have ever stepped into World of Warcraft and i did enjoy playing a hunter. My sister now has her own account and transferd over her owned characters. Is there any possible way that i could get him back? I can give as much information as needed, any ideas on what to do?

I'm afraid that too much time has passed since the character in question was deleted, Arraya. Unfortunately, this character is no longer available for us to restore. I know that it will take a little work, but I'm sure you can level a new Hunter to level 28 before you realize it!
