I got hacked and haven't gotten any help

Hello I got hacked a couple of days ago. I logged off my lvl 80 Druid around midnight Tuesday, July 13 in Scholazar Basin, Northrend. The next morning I tried logging in and each time I tried loading my Druid it would use the Eastern Kingdoms loading screen (weird cause I logged off in Northrend) and disconnect me before it could finish loading. This happened twice. On the third try it told me I was not entering the right information so I changed my password. Then when I tried logging in it said my account was suspended. I received an e-mail an hour later saying that I was caught spamming (which I did not do) and my account was temporarily suspended for three hours. So I followed Blizzards online guidelines for being hacked and e-mailed Blizzard. After the three hours I logged back on to find myself on the steps of the Stormwind bank with my staff, all my money, emblems, honor, and items that are worth something just cleaned out. I also found a letter saying thank you for purchasing a battle.net authenticator, here is your core hound pup. I did not purchase an authenticator. And just a little while ago I received an e-mail saying that my password has reset. Now I e-mailed Blizzard 3 days ago and still haven't gotten a response. I understand they are busy with other people but I'm worried about the whole authenticator thing. So I'm asking how long does it usually take for Blizzard to respond to cases like this and what should I do about it?

The more recent common practice is for the compromiser to attach an Authenticator to an account they are compromising. As long as one is not currently on the account they will be able to. If your account has an Authenticator you receive an vanity pet Core Hound for your characters.

The mail was likely left from the compromise, Leathis.

From what I can see your case has been forwarded to the compromise investigation queue. There it will await processing. Once your case has been pulled an Investigator will look into what happened and work to verify the compromise and replace what items/gold were removed. Though we are unable to guarantee any restoration, even in cases like this, our staff is usually pretty good at these, if it was reported shortly after the compromise was done you have a good chance of getting most, if not all, of your items/gold back.
