i invited my friend to a group then i summoned him (the friend summon thing) i used my lvl 49 hunter to summon him (my friend lvled to lvl 2) so i right clicked him and i saw the grant level , i couldnt click on it (it was gray)
there was a lvl 25 hunter on my friends account , so i logged into him and i made a lvl 2 warlock , he summoned me and he couldnt click on the grant level thing either!

also i can log on he's account..i have permeation

His permission is irrelevant, Deadsong. Our Terms of Use strictly prohibit account sharing. You should not be accessing an account that is not registered to you, or if you are minor, an account registered to your parent or legal guardian. The others are just trying to keep you from getting both accounts closed for violating our policies.

the problem has been solved for some reason , idk how..

Possibly an addon was interfering with the recruited account's ability to grant the levels it had. I'm glad you were able to get the issue resolved. For more information on the Recruit a Friend system the following links may prove helpful.

so if i had parent control on his account and opened his account...would that violate the terms of use?

Why would you have parental controls on his account? That would be something that the persons parents or legal guardians would do.

Yes, if you accessed any aspect of an account that was not registered to you would be deemed a violation of our Terms of Use. Granted it is unlikely to result in an account closure at this point but it is advised that you abide by our Terms of Use so something like that doesn't happen.
