Attempted transfer/Invisible mail

Hello, I have been trying to transfer one of my characters to a lower populated realm for hours now, but I keep getting a message on the website saying my mailbox has items in it. This is not the case, as I have deleted all my mail and auctions, along with leaving my guild. My spam throttle is also disabled to help any incoming mail. My GM ticket has been open for well over 7 hours and I haven't received a response.

Could I get a GM to delete this invisible mail?
