Mobile Authenticator Broken need assistance

A few weeks ago i installed the authenticator app on my g1 and attatched it to my account but since have gotten the phone wet and it will not run the app anymore i have gotten a new phone since and i have been unable to access my acount for over a week the blizzard billing line is always to full to add me to the que. i am the original owner of the account i have the phone, id and most likely would be able to produce any other items needed for my accounts recovery.
