NEED GM !!! ~ MOUNT - MAILBOX!!!!

Ok, I recived a mount code for my bday today. I simply followed the steps, But when I logged on my toons on that account, my mailbox was empty and no mount. I waited. And waited. AND waited. But STILL no mount yet. I've yet to understand that your mailbox on ALL toons have to be empty??? Thinking that I simply emptyed all mail put of all my toons mailboxes. But still NO mail. Then I went to check my Merged account, nothing on that one either. My friends ALL recived there Mailbox mount almost instanly.. But about around 2 hrs, still nothing.. All mailbox empty, waiting.. and waiting.. when will it come? Can you help?? Please! I need a GM! I just want my mount!
