Account hacked, and they added AUTH!

So my account recently got hacked today, and i cant login because there is a authenticator on the account! I checked my armory and he is wearing just the none sellable stuff, t10, and ashen ring.
I emailed blizzard's billing and account services 12 hours ago and no response. Everytime i call i get " Im sorry, but our representatives are busy right now ". Ive called when the line opened also...
Emailing and calling did not help, can anybody help me out there?

In addition to trying to contact Billing by phone, Strong, I'd also recommend e-mailing them from the registered address on the account.
