Faction Change Name Issue

I had faction changed a character named Ark, on Gurubashi server, but can not mantain my old name. When i try ti log in, a screen appears for a name chance. Flagged for change.

I got a human rogue -> and changed to a undead rogue on the same server. But i WANT to mantain my old name.

Its not possible?
