I'm sorry, Aevya, but that is not generally how our methods work. Though it is entirely possible that a Game Master may appear on any given realm and address issues that they witness, the best method of reporting is to use the tools available to you in-game.

It does, but Report Spam is something that was intended to be used by the population on your realm. Not by a solitary voice. Encourage your fellows to also use the Report Spam option to report spamming violations.
If the violation is not spam or related to gold advertisements then it is best to report violations via an in-game petition.
