Take off my authenticator!!!

So my Main account which has a Character named Eazzy playing on Dark Iron has an authenticator that i put on but now i updated my iPhone and the app was deleted and its now out of sync. I want this removed and ive called blizzard like 6 times! All they say is that i need the either the CD Key, Serial Number from the Authenticator or a Photo ID. I dont have any of those and my parents wont let me send in a copy of my birth certificate. I want to know if i can get this authenticator off because its been such a hassle to take it off that im considering into canceling my account. Its a waste of my time and my Dads money. I mean why is it so hard to take this authenticator off. A week ago my account got hacked and ALL i had to provide was my security answer and just like that i had my account the next day. I mean seriously. I can provide every single piece of information from my account like my character names, levels, guilds, all the security questions and all my billing info. Is there any way I can take that stupid authenticator off and if i cant, how am i supposed to cancel my account! Please help!

You are going to need to comply with the request from Billing to get this back, Cazzper.

They have got to be able to verify you are the original account holder to fulfill this request, and sometimes, documentation is the only way to do that.

If you are a minor, this shouldn't be in your name - it should be in a parent or guardian's name. If that is the case - I recommend you have your parent's contact Billing and get that all sorted out.

If your parents call and supply proper documentation that you are a minor, they can get this into their name.

Now, as far as canceling - that was already done and the credit card was removed from the account.

That's impossible for me to say, Billing will have to make that determination.

Chances are good, however, that at least some documentation will be required.
