Cant Claim Rocket

If you used a billable method of payment for the subscription, Kissah, that payment won't be applied to the account until all available time is used up. A Recruit a Friend trial has a 10 days credit, a new account is given a 30 day credit so your first payment won't be charged for at least 40 days from when the account was created.

If you use a game card though that credit is immediately applied to the account so a 60 day game card will allow the account to qualify for the mount reward immediately.

Once you qualify you should be able to redeem the mount through your Battle.net Account Management page.
