Entire BDF Realm unable to zone into HoR(H)

For at least 18 hours now, the entire Black Dragonflight - Alliance side (at least) has been unable to zone into H HoR using any of the possibilities: random daily queue, specific queue, or physically going there and trying. I opened an in-game ticket and was directed to "Tech Support."

Can we get an idea of when this is going to be fixed? We get a "Transfer Aborted. Instance not found." error every single time.

(deleted post in Tech Support, because it was brought to my attention that it's probably a CS issue)

This issue appears to have been resolved, DÃ«za. Feel free to give Halls of Reflection another shot.
