Another Hacked Account thread

Hey Blizzard,

My real account got hacked a long while back. I notified you and you disabled it around 3 weeks ago. I have sent a few e-mails and got responses which direct me to links about how to secure my account. Anyway I'm just wondering how long this process takes? Is there anything I can do to help? I'm sure you're doing what you can, I just hate being in the unknown >.<

If possible please respond.

That would be because tells like that aren't Blizzard and you are apparently giving the Apples your password and ID, Dee.

They don't steal accounts to do 'nice' things with them.

We will ALWAYS have a blue Blizzard logo by our name if we ever message you in-game.

Dee, see if you can access your account now.

Please remember we are NOT going to ever 'threaten' an account action. In game, in emails - we just don't do that. If we need to lock an account for whatever reason we do it first, then we contact you.

Also, if you went to a website from such a tell, I strongly urge you to immediately scan your system for malware.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.

That account looks like it should be accessible again, Fem.

Can you not get in with the password you recently requested? We had reset it previously.
