Hacked

I got hacked and they put an authenticator on my account. Every thing i look at tells me to call the billing department, but the hold lines have been full since 10 am this morning. I'm starting to get a little frustrated......

Completely understandable, Varkak, our call volume is extremely high at the moment but our Billing Reps are working through those calls as quickly as possible. If you receive the busy message please hang up and try again. It is sometimes a matter of timing when trying to get through.
