    If this is about the petition you currently have in, I'm not certain if we would be able to help you. What you reported is near impossible. The only time anything like that could happen is if a purchased service such as a Paid Character Transfer was reversed.


As Vrak stated, the issue that you were reporting is extremely unlikely. The only likely situation in which you may have lost levels would be due to your account being compromised. If that were the case, it is possible that your character was transferred-or some other paid service was performed-and then when you regained access to the account and requested that the character be moved to his home realm. Often times when this occurs, your character is simply reinstated as he was when he left the originating realm. If he was a lower level, then it is possible that the levels gained by the compromise, would be lost.
