As far as I am aware it shouldn't take longer than 24 hours. Can you give me the name and realm of the character that was guild leader?

From what I understand of the process the items remain in a pending state until a specific process runs. This is usually done every few days from what I found out. If you aren't in a hurry, Chingle, would you mind giving it another day? I can check on it tomorrow and if the items still have not been returned see what I can do to hurry them along.

From what I can see, Chingle, you transferred your Rogue from another realm to Magtheridon. You then initiated a Faction Change, which would have given you the option to rename the character.

You initiated the Faction Change but it is likely that the system did not fully update yet so still registered the character and name as active.

I should be able to give you the name you originally wanted, unless you want to keep the name you selected?
