Mailbox stuck -- can't server transfer.

Hi guys. I've been trying to server transfer with my friends for a few hours now but I keep getting the "The character you are trying to transfer has mail in his or her mailbox" message. It's been 3 hours since I had this message, and I still don't have any mail. if any GM can help delete the spam filtered mail that I read about which prevents server transfers, I'd appreciate it. Character is Drows on Kil'jaeden.
