so yeah my phone lost sync somehow and now BMA reset and im stuck with a BMA giving me bad codes so i can't access my account anymore , help?

This isn't showing locked, so I suspect you've been assigned a new serial number.

In a case like that, calling Billing is the quickest means to get this resolved.

Aye, and that is really for your protection. "Real" authenticators take a bit of verification just to make sure no one else is trying to remove it. I'm sure you can appreciate how that is necessary.
