I was sitting in trade chat, and i used a macro i had typed up. It is for a proffesion and the typical "Looking for Work" thing. i used this once today, and a 80 Hunter called Deshala, decided to "troll" me. It is getting on my nerves as I have done nothing wrong on this server that i can see that would offend people greatly. Yes, the macro does take up several lines, and obviously he didnt like this, and said I have probably been reported for spamming when I am certain that spamming is doing the one thing over and over again repeatedly. And in a way, this is what guild recruiters do.

So i ask, is what i was doing counted as spamming? Or is someone being nasty?

Multi-line advertisements always run the risk of being seen as 'spammy', Dak.

I'd recommend making sure you keep the frequency of these VERY low. It's when they become annoying to your fellow realm mates that those are likely to be reported as spam.

I see no issues at this moment, but that can of course change.
