30 day account-account transfer freeze

Hello,

As is true with most posters in this forum, I'm making this forum post after unsuccessfully trying to get through to billing for many hours without even being privileged enough to get put on hold.

My issue is that I am trying to transfer a character from an account I made on July 8 2010 to my main account, as the character is capped at level 60 and my main account is subscribed to WotLK. I've read on many forums that this 30-day restriction has been waived. I'm posting here to get immediate feedback before I try to call billing thousands more times to have this issue resolved.

I will also send an email to support about this question.

Billing would be the only ones that could move an account, yes.

There is a 30 day wait on NEW Battle.net accounts for normal transfers. That's to help prevent abuse of the system.

If the second was simply made in error, Billing may be able to assist with that, provided of course that all the normal conditions apply.

Billing would really be the only ones that could answer that definitively, but I suspect they should be able to help.

That is provided of course the accounts match, etc. - and all the normal rules apply.
