Race change :/

So i'm trying to race change my rogue to blood elf, last night i was going to do it but it needed 20min logout so i decided to wait till today, but today it's telling me that my rogue is ineligable for a race change.

Any idea what's going on? :/

Did you initiate the Race Change already, Amuzing? That would likely be why the character is ineligible.
